Our company was established in 1997 by Celal KAHYAOĞLU at Ayvalik Balıkesir. Now we are producing various high quality machines,equipment , filters,tanks, etc. for food sectors like olive oil , wine, tomato paste , honey , milk,chocklate etc. with our professional team at our 2000 sqm production area of factory.
Our company is one of the oldest and experienced companies in its sector worked with Turkey's biggest companies such as Komili-Kırlangıç, Tariş , Verde , Yudum Yonca Gıda , Zeryağ , Marmarabirlik , Sunar Yağ , Elit gıda - Tarım Kredi , Trakya Birlik , etc .. by supplying their machinery and equipments . Our company can also suply consultancy , different kind of projects , 3D designs according to customer needs.
As we are the frist to produce Kiselguhr (diatomite powder) filter , polishing (plate) filter , grape destemmer , filling machines and all kinds of process and storage tanks in Turkey , now we are also producing olive oil and vegetable refinery plants , biodisel plants , soap plants, cooling and winery ,winnegar plants and cold stroge rooms on turn key basis.
At our production, we always use first quality materials ,Certified EU Origin S.Steel , EU Food codex suitable materials and parts with high tech production methods. We are proud to produce high quality machines and equipments for food sector at a small town like Ayvalık and also we are proud to export them to 21 countries.
Our companies production of automatic and semiautomatic bottle and tin can filling , labeling , packing lines are now widely used by many olive oil , fruit juice , wine , milk , chocolate , liquid detergent and other liquid food / chemical producers.
We are also working at our R&D department on Black-Water problem of olive oil processor's since the beginning of 2010 . The system which we are working on is at on patent basis and nearly finished . The system is generated on regaining of black water discharge as fertilizer , dry pomace and steam power and to isolate its harms to the nature . I is harms from the nature. The test results are very succesfully , and after the finalization of last technical and laboratory searches and patent documentation the system will be introduced to olive sector by our company .
